Had a great time over the New Year holiday, and appreciated that there was a Christmas tree in the house! Very close food shopping, at non inflated prices! Everything was absolutely fabulous! Weather here is great along with the pool. Def. recommend Manny’s Chophouse – went there twice. Of course, did Universal also. My husband and son-in-law went deep sea fishing – they loved it! The girls did the Outlet Malls. Hope to save for another trip down here – love it! Thank you for the use of your wonderful house.
Julie and David, Count us among your happy returning guests! We have just returned from our second stay in this beautiful home and it was every bit as wonderful. We were so sorry when our holiday ended. Some of our favourite times were spent in the pool and hot tub during the warm days and also under the stars in the cool evenings...much fun! We enjoyed the use of the games room, TV, WiFi for our laptop, and free phone calls to family back at home. We appreciated the large size of this villa, it's cleanliness, the comfortable beds, spacious kitchen, and the quiet location (though close to grocery stores, some great restaurants, and good shopping!). Choosing a place to stay while in Florida has proved to be one of the biggest decisions for us, and the peace of mind when communicating with the owners of this home is so valuable. Every bit of communication was prompt, friendly, and accurate. We would not hesitate to book again or to recommend this villa to our friends and family. Once again, our expectations were exceeded.
Thank you for allowing us to stay at your lovely villa. It was great to come back to at the end of a busy day and just chill around the pool, use the games room and eat dinner alfresco. We have on 3 previous occasions stayed in villas in Haines City and your villa has suited our need the best. We particularly thought the open plan layout of downstairs was good as it meant that when our men were cooking they were not excluded. The quality of the appliances in the villa was also the best we have come across. We would not hesitate recommending the villa to friend and family and if we were to return to Orlando again we would once again book your villa. Thanks again!
We stayed in this villa in Sept/October and I have to say that this villa surpassed some of the more expensive villas we have previously stayed in. Julie was immediately on hand to answer any queries. We had one slight problem on arrival but this was swiftly taken care of by the management company. Whilst the location appears to be slightly further away from the theme parks when looking at a map, we found that the I4 was fast flowing and easy to navigate and we spent no more time travelling than in previous villas. In fact I preferred to be off the US27 as opposed to off the 192. The villa was welcoming, spacious and a pleasure to stay in. I would certainly re-book with Julie as the service she provided was second to none. Thank you Julie.
What a fabulous villa, just returned from a very enjoyable holiday made all the more memorable by staying in this fantastic villa. It really had the wow factor. Stayed before in other villas but this one was by far the best. Lovely and clean, well maintained and very spacious. We spent some very enjoyable evenings in the pool and hot tub after long days at the parks and made full use of the gas bbq. The villa is not over looked by neighbours and is in a quiet area which was a plus. The games room was also a big hit. We hope one day to return and will be recommending the villa to family & friends. Great customer care from Julie, all of our enquires were answered swiftly and our deposit returned within days. This was our second visit to this villa, as soon as we walked back in it was just like being at home. We particularly like the sense of space within the villa where everyone can find somewhere to have some quiet time. The games room is well equipped and we very much appreciated the availability of the free Wifi and telephone facility. The close proximity to shops (Walmart) and restaurants is just great if you need to get food shopping or lunch. The villa has great access to the theme parks via US27 or I4. Manny’s Steakhouse remains one of our favorites and we would advise anyone to make sure they take advantage of the “phone ahead” service. Manny’s has recently opened an extension to the restaurant so the waiting time should reduce. To sum it up the villa has everything a family could want whilst staying in Florida. Thank you for all your help and support. We have had a really great holiday in your home. Looking forward to visiting again.

The villa was stunning, fabulous interiors and a peaceful pool area and villa community. Having a Walmart and many fast food restaurants and takeaways within such a short drive from the villa was so helpful after long days out at theme parks. Would highly recommend to any other potential renters – this villa has it all: excellent facilities and spacious rooms, great games room, beautiful pool not overlooked by other villas, brilliant electronics – and the bonus of free wi-fi and telephone calls back to the UK. Can’t believe it is a year since our first entry in this book. How time flies! As last year the villa is wonderful, spent lazy days in the pool and spa! Took your advice and went to Manny’s 3 times in 6 nights, not a bad feast! If you love steak it is the place to go. Also spent an afternoon at Lakeland and visited Bok Gardens. Admission was $10 each but the gardens and tower are beautiful. By chance happened to be there at 3pm for the tower concert which just added to our enjoyment! We have just returned from a 2 week stay at this villa and we have already made enquiries to return next year. After 12 visits staying on site or in a hotel I was a little apprehensive about if a villa was for us. I need not have worried, the moment we walked through the door I knew my worries were needless. By day 2 we were already discussing when we would return and not if we would return. This villa is truly amazing, I knew from the photos we had been sent that the villa was going to be good but it surpassed all of our expectations. The quality of furniture and decor is top class and the villa is just perfect. The house is massive and our daughter joked it was like being on cribs! The owners have thought of everything you could possibly think of or need and then added more. The pool and spa were just perfect and a real treat to come home to after a day at the parks. The games room was a massive hit with everybody and many a hard fought game was played out of an evening in there. It took on average 20-25 minutes to get parked at Disney from the villa and 30 mins to get parked at universal. The drive was very easy as there was no traffic problems on the us27 or I4, we found it far easier getting anywhere from here than we have previously on the 192. The villa owners were fantastic to deal with and so helpful at every stage of the booking process. Julie and David really have been a joy to deal with and we look forward to returning to Villa Sorrento soon. Diolch yn Fawr!!
We had a fantastic holiday in the Florida World Villa. Excellent location and private outlook to the pool (the kids loved the pool). The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need and more….the games room was brilliant for family evenings in after a long day at the parks. It has been a real pleasure to know that when we arrive back exhausted there is a lovely house to come back to.
Well, we have just arrived home from a superb holiday, made even better by our stay in your wonderful villa. Many, many thanks for the card and Champagne that awaited our arrival, it was so kind of you both to remember it was our special trip. We were all very excited when we got to the villa as, although we had all seen it on the internet, the reality is much better than the pictures. Really, the villa was a joy to come home to after hectic days and your advice regarding the heating of the spa was invaluable. We all had tired legs, even the young ones and the spa brought them back to life in no time at all. All the children must be waterlogged as they were in the pool for hours every day. The games room was a hit and resulted in a nightly father and son pool championship. This is a spacious comfortable and superb Villa that has everything you could wish for to make the perfect holiday. We were especially pleased with its location as it is close to local shops and restaurants and only a short twenty five minute drive from the Disney attractions. The owners are very good, kept in contact with us and provided very helpful and accurate information at every stage of the renting process. In short, we would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone considering a Florida holiday.
As you know, we’re back again this year after first experiencing your beautiful home in 2009. Again we appreciated the ‘homely’ experience your villa brings. As previous holidaymakers comment the ability to come ‘home’ from a long day at the parks or whatever it may be that we’re up to is fantastic. Because we were not used to book a villa through the internet, we were a bit cautious with our expectations. But the villa is in one word fantastic. Everything about the villa is great, from the pool and spa, to the games room, from the couch to lazy watch television on, to the free phone calls. The location of the villa is close enough to enjoy the Orlando / Tampa theme parks, NBA Basket ball and shopping malls. Space Centre Kennedy is not far either. In the neighbourhood there a plenty of places to have your breakfast (Denny’s or Bobs’), your dinners (Manny’s) or if you like to do your own cooking, the kitchen is enormous and fully equipped; A huge Wall-mart is five minutes from the villa. All and all a great place to stay. Thanks for sharing your beautiful villa with us.
We loved everything about the house, the games room was a big hit. My husband spent most of the time in there with our grandson. The pool and hot tub was used as well, although the weather in Florida during our stay was unusually cold. The bedrooms made us feel extra comfortable, giving us each a bit of our own space. The play yard and high chair was also very useful for my granddaughter. The house had everything that we had at home and more. We will definitely be in contact with you for our next vacation to Florida.

The villa is fantastic and has to be seen to be fully appreciated. The location is close enough to enjoy the myriad of theme parks but is far away enough so that you can forget the crowds - just perfect for a relaxing few days. Everything about the villa is top class, from the beautiful pool and spa, to the bedrooms, lounge, games room ..... the list goes on. It even has the Fox Soccer Channel which shows English Premiership football and Sky Sports News – what more could you possibly want! More often than not we opted to stay at the villa, have a BBQ and relax in the pool in the wonderful Florida sunshine. On the subject of sunshine, due to the position of the villa, the pool area gets the sun almost all day – important if you want to keep the tan topped up! We can’t wait to go back – hopefully it will be sooner rather than later. Thanks for sharing your beautiful villa with us.
I wanted to let you know that we all had the most wonderful time in your beautiful home. To be honest because the house is so wonderful and everything is provided, it made us all very careful (I wish the kids could be like that at home!) It was just amazing and far exceeded all expectations on every front. So much so that the property we arrived at in Marco Island yesterday is a bit of a disappointment.
We had a superb family holiday with all the kids and the grandchildren. Memories will remain for ever and we were very fortunate to be able to share your Villa. It was so good to be able to relax after the vigours of the theme parks. I would like to think we will revisit in the not too distant future.
The villa is a fabulous place to stay. It felt spacious, clean, homely and very well furnished with many little extras. CDs, DVDs, i Pod docker, paperbacks etc were just some of the extras we didn’t expect. The games room is super with a genuine pool table that looks brand new! My family and I live in a nice home in the UK and when going abroad we try not to compromise on quality – on this occasion we didn’t! The location is a little bit out, but the quality of the accommodation more than makes up for that little bit of extra travelling. If you’re used to staying on the US 27 in a villa, go South to Haines City for this one – well worth it!

We thought Florida World Villa was just perfect. It was everything we expected it to be and more. When we walked in through the door the very first time, our mouths were aghast at the loveliness of it all. The size, location and decor of the house were amazing - we used the pool twice a day and the spa-pool under the stars, after a hard day at the parks was bliss!! We shall remember with such fondness, our stay at Villa Sorrento - you couldn't find a better home to be 'at home' in during your stay in Orlando. We shall return and indeed, recommend it to friends. For us it was the first time we did this kind of transaction. We were a little sceptical about it. But when we got there we saw a big house with very comfortable spaces and fully equipped. A well equipped kitchen, family and game room. Nice Pool table! Directions to the villa were right on the money. The security system was very assuring. Communication with the villa owner; priceless. I recommend the villa to anyone looking for a different setting than the usual hotel or resort. Very good for family vacation.
