Florida World Villa sits on a larger than average plot and has been built in a
distinctive Mediterranean style that includes many quality features that take
advantage of the Floridian outdoor lifestyle.
It is located within the tranquil country community of Villa Sorrento
and is just minutes away from Disney World, Universal Studios and all the resort
excitement that Central Florida has to offer.
What’s more it’s right on the doorstep to some of the finest
championship golf courses in Florida and the world famous (Greg Norman)
Champions Gate Golf Club is less than 10 minutes drive away.
And, if your holiday is not complete without a walk on a sun soaked
sandy beach and a dip in the ocean, then both the Gulf and Atlantic beaches are
only a 60 - 70 minutes drive away.

With its 5 luxurious bedrooms and 3 full-size bathrooms (which by clever
design can make 4 of the 5 bedrooms en-suite) our home will very
comfortably accommodate 10 guests, making it an ideal choice
for families, groups of friends or for 2 families to share.
Each bedroom is individually designed with high-quality furnishings, bedding and linens suiting guests with
a discerning taste for the finer things in life.
Additionally, there are televisions installed in all the bedrooms, so both
parents and children can escape!
Private Pool Area
Sit back relax and enjoy the privacy of your own pool and spa with open views of the
fragrant Orange groves beyond the landscaped gardens. With no rear nieghbours other than orange groves and due
to the villas position on a larger than average corner plot the pool area is extremely private and not
directly overlooked from the properties either side.
The deck area is furnished with comfortable patio furniture and a gas BBQ is provided to make 'alfresco' dinning
all that more sociable and enjoyable.

Fun Games Room
The fully carpeted games room is amply stocked with an 8ft slate bed pool table
, complete with 'pool hall' overhead lighting, a feature which is guaranteed to entertain and relax after any busy day.
Complementing the excellent pool table is an arcade quality 7ft air hockey table.
And on top of that the games room also has electronic darts, a 32' TV with playstation2, gaming chairs AND a selection of ps2 games,
and a selection of more tradional games.
Spacious Kitchen
The kitchen is not the first thing that comes to mind when planning my holiday/vacation but
it can be a vital part of the holiday particulary if travelling with children or holidaying on a budget.
Our exceptionally large modern fully fitted kitchen is complemented by corian
counter tops and all the latest appliances and gadgets.
Whether it be some where to store
the children’s ice-cream and keep your beers chilled, some where to prepare a quick breakfast before
heading to the parks 
or wanting to cook a big family Sunday dinner, whatever your culinary needs this
kitchen has it covered.
